GS4000-EX range of backplane mounting intrinsic safety barrier provides an innovative solution for protecting electrical signal. It connected to the socket on the bottom plate through the plug at the bottom of the isolation barrier, and then connected to the I/O card through the customized socket and prefabricated cable on the bottom plate.
This method saves a lot of wiring work for isolation barrier power distribution and signal output and also prevents a lot of troubleshooting work due to negligence in wiring errors. Centralized wiring of this intrinsically safe electrical equipment makes the installation cabinet more beautiful, suitable for mass installation projects. The bottom plug interface of the isolation barrier can be interchanged with MTL products of the same type.
The built-in redundant power supply circuit on the backplane accepts 2 independent 24VDC power supplies and has a power supply status indication and power failure alarm output contacts.
